Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing. Please note:

• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all domestic U.S. orders of $50 or more. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at Diaperdiplomacy@gmail.com. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
